The Purchaser

Full Name

Passport number and copy

Father’s name

Mother’s name

(If the buyer is female & is married need husband’s name and date of marriage)

Tax number (Greek number)

Receipt of money transfer from UK (UK to Greece bank account)

Greek Bank account (main purchase sum must be paid in and with drawn from a personal account and a pink slip must be obtained on payment of purchase) available at the National Bank or Alpha

Must complete a Greek tax return on a yearly bases as a property owner

The Seller

Site map (land plan)

Title deeds (ownership)

Land registry

Full name

Father’s name

Mother’s name

Tax number (Greek number)

Identity card / passport

Tax clearance paper

Inheritance deeds (when applies)

Inheritance tax clearance (when applies)

General Rulings

Seller pays commission fee to us (Westford Real Estate) on the purchase price

The purchaser encores four fees

1) Taxes (between 9 –19% of tax valuation price)

2) Legal Fee

3) Land Registry Fee

4) Notary Officer Fee (between 1.5 – 2% of selling price each)

We will assist with all necessary paper work

All paper work can be translated on request

Any requirements to have building work done we can arrange building contractors.
