Brief

The property is located on the south east coast of the island, directly on the bay, which has been declared National Marine Park for the protection of the Caretta Caretta sea turtle.
Set in very tranquil, unspoiled area, the property covers an area of 5000sqm and is surrounded on the sides by large, old olive groves and the front of the property on the east side faces the sea.
This location allows you very picturesque and panoramic views across the sea and the neighboring islands of Beluso and Marathonissi.
Old natural stones, collected and laid by hand, shape a unique garden architecture, blending the buildings in harmony with nature, its many trees, including 60 producing olive trees, plants and abundant flowers with tasteful attention to detail.

The grounds have large, level areas around the houses and charming terraces leading to the shore. From the last terrace solid wooden stairs give access to the water-front.
There is a private beach surface, hardly passable by strangers, for sun beds etc. and a sweet water spring also supporting a fig tree and some reed. A small pier into the sea facilitates swimming. In summer a small pontoon with umbrella, anchored off shore, serves as a private island for sunbathing.

There is a main house and a separate guesthouse suitable for all year round use, tastefully furnished, fully equipped and in excellent condition.

The under floor heating throughout the houses maintain a pleasant temperature on those winter days when it is necessary.
There is also a solid walled carport for two cars and an adjacent garage, presently used as a workshop, plus a secluded small storehouse, artistically made of old stones, for garden furniture and olive harvest equipment.

The main house, which is 154sqm plus 69sqm roofed verandas, has a large living room with a magnificent view over the bay, its ceiling continues out to form the roof of a large veranda, a fire-place with inside Norwegian iron casting, adjacent modern MIELE kitchen, guest WC, a utility room and anther one for central heating equipment. There are 2 bedrooms, each with roofed veranda and en-suite, spacious bathroom, another small bedroom and small cloakroom is in between the two.

Close to the house is a pretty outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

The separate guesthouse, 35sqm plus 12.5sqm roofed veranda, facing the sea, is furnished as a 2-bed apartment with a built-in kitchen section and a spacious bathroom.

Near to it, amongst plants and trees is an attractive sitting area and a lovely outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
